Scientific Guidelines

KADCON 2025 is an immersive experience planned with an unparalleled educational program to help guide your dental practice and improve patient care from when you arrive to when you head home. This dental conference comprises industry-leading education, engaging networking opportunities building meaningful lifelong connections with dental professionals, strike up conversations, foster relationships, and hear from dental industry leaders on how to overcome challenges for dental practice success, a memorable experience for the entire dental team!

We welcome all registered delegates to actively participate in the scientific sessions of the KADCON 2025, hosted by Karunagappally. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstracts.

General Guidelines

  • icon Conference Registration is mandatory. All presenters must be registered delegates of the KADCON 2025.
  • icon The submitted abstract must be original and should not have been published or presented previously.
  • icon Only one presenter per paper or poster is allowed.
  • icon Student Category: Open to Undergraduate students from I BDS to IV BDS and Interns (allowed to present both paper and poster).
  • icon Delegate Category: Includes Postgraduate students, Faculty, and Practitioners (allowed to present only papers).
  • icon All delegates must be registered IDA members.
  • iconAbstracts that do not adhere to the submission guidelines or are submitted after the deadline will not be accepted (unless the deadline is officially extended).
  • iconAfter submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • icon Notification of acceptance or rejection will also be communicated via email. If you do not receive any email, please contact the Scientific Committee immediately.

Awards

  • icon Each session would have the best presentation of the session award in the respective category of presentation.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • icon Abstracts must be submitted using the official template (provided below).
  • icon Rename your abstract submission file using the following format: Conference Registration number/Category E.g. S 145/ Student Paper/ student poster or D 156/ Delegate paper.
  • icon All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee.
  • icon Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email
  • icon The decision of the Scientific Committee is final and binding.
  • icon Important dates, including abstract submission deadlines, will be announced soon.
